Accurant is hiring an experienced full-charge bookkeeper to work out of our Austin, MN location. Accurant LLC is a progressive, expanding, full service accounting and tax firm with multiple locations throughout the Midwest. Responsibilities:
•Main contact for your clients
•Maintain records of financial transactions
•Record transactions in the proper general ledger accounts
•Bank and other account reconciliations
•Review account records for accuracy
•Prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet and P&L
•Payroll
•Some administrative work including sharing phone duties

Qualifications:
•At least two years of bookkeeping experience
•Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting methods, including double-entry bookkeeping, accrual accounting, and cash accounting
•Ability to use spreadsheets and accounting software to produce key financial reports
•Understanding of basic tax liabilities, including payroll and sales tax
•Experience with QuickBooks, TaxDome, Excel & Microsoft Office a plus
