AMENDED NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL DETERMINATION OF HEIRS

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on September 17, 2026, at 9:45 AM via Zoom, a hearing will be held in this Court at Mower County Justice Center, Austin, Minnesota, for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the Decedent. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Court will issue a Determination of the Heirs of the decedent to be his spouse, Janice R. Sherman and his two children, Sara Sherman and Lucas Sherman. See notice of remote hearing.
