NOTICE OF HEARING ON FORMAL PROBATE OF THE WILL OF CECELIA SUSAN WHEELER

To all interested persons and creditors:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE
1. A Petition for Formal Appointment of Personal Representative for the Estate of Cecelia Susan Wheeler has been filed with the Court Administrator for Mower County by Kimber Lee Finnegan. 50-PR-25-1876.
2. This petition seeks the appointment of Kimber Lee Finnegan [please check this spelling]; 22955 570th Avenue, Austin MN 55912, as the personal representative of the Estate of Cecelia Susan Wheeler.
3. Creditors of the Estate of Cecelia Susan Wheeler must present their claims to the Personal Representative at the address set out above within four (4) months after the date of this Notice or be forever barred, unless entitled to further service of notice as set out in Minn. Stat. s. 524.3-801 (b) or (c).
4. Any persons objecting to the appointment of Kimber Lee Finnegan as personal representative of the Estate of Susan Wheeler must present their objections to her appointment in writing before the hearing or at the hearing set for August 19, 2026 at 11:15 AM.
