Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated July 20, 2016, executed by Joey Billat and Renee Billat, husband and wife, as Mortgagor, to Harold Getchell and Sandra Getchell, as joint tenants, as Mortgagee, and filed for record on July 22, 2016, as Document No. A627851 in the office of the County Recorder of Mower County, Minnesota. The land described in the Mortgage is not registered land.
