NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Proposals for construction of projects as listed below will be submitted electronically to Mower County Public Works, 1105 8th Avenue N.E., Austin, MN 55912, until 1:00 o’clock P.M., on April 9th, 2026.

Culvert Lining

CP 50-26-07; Various culverts located on CR 57 (290th Street) between CSAH 16 and CSAH 20 near the SW Cor Sec 29 in Waltham Township and the SE Cor Sec 30 of Sargeant Townships.
Various culverts located on CSAH 16 (570th Ave.) from CSAH 2 to CR 57 from the SE Cor Sec 6 to the SE Cor Sec 30 in Waltham Township.
Various culverts located on CSAH 15 (310th Street) from CSAH 10 to CSAH 8 from the SW Cor. Sec. 17 to the S ¼ Cor Sec 18 in Pleasant Valley Township.
Various culverts located on CSAH 3 between TH 218 to CSAH 7 from the W ¼ Cor Sec 12 to the SE Cor Sec 11 in Marshall Township.
The approximate major quantities of work are: Lining Culvert Pipe Special (18”-42”) 1,221 LF

As a proposal guaranty, each proposal must be accompanied by a bidder’s bond or certified check in the amount of at least 5% of the total amount of the proposal, made payable to the Treasurer of Mower County, Minnesota.
The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive defects therein and to award to other than the lowest bidder if it is in the best interest of the County.
